Adriamycin Drug Interactions

If certain medications are taken with Adriamycin, drug interactions can occur. Among the drugs that can potentially interact with Adriamycin are "live" vaccinations, cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel, and trastuzumab. Some of these drug interactions with Adriamycin can increase your risk of congestive heart failure or dangerous side effects, such as seizures and problems with bone marrow and blood cells.
