Estrogens
Estrogens may decrease the effectiveness of Aromasin. Therefore, estrogens should not be taken with this drug.
 
Oral Contraceptives
Oral contraceptives may also decrease the effectiveness of Aromasin and should not be taken with it. Talk to your healthcare provider about alternative birth control methods.
 
Rifamycin Antibiotics
Taking Aromasin with rifamycin antibiotics may decrease the level of Aromasin in your blood, perhaps decreasing its effectiveness. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your Aromasin dosage.
 
St. John's Wort
Taking Aromasin with St. John's wort may decrease the level of Aromasin in your blood, perhaps decreasing its effectiveness. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your Aromasin dosage.
