Faslodex^® (fulvestrant) is unlikely to interact with most other medications. However, be sure your healthcare provider knows if you are taking warfarin (Coumadin^®, Jantoven^®) before taking Faslodex. Warfarin can increase the risk of bleeding and bruising due to the Faslodex injection, which is given deep into the muscle. In general, women are not recommended to use Faslodex while taking warfarin.
