Certain Antibiotics or Antifungals
Combining certain antibiotics or antifungals with Abraxane may increase the level of Abraxane in your blood, increasing your risk of Abraxane side effects. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking these medications together.
Combining Abraxane with certain anticonvulsants (seizure medications) can decrease the level of Abraxane in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking these medications together.
Because chemotherapy (including Abraxane) can suppress the immune system, it is generally best to avoid live vaccinations while receiving chemotherapy.
