Because so few people have overdosed on Femara, it is unclear what exactly to expect from a Femara overdose. In many cases, treatment for a Femara overdose will not be necessary. However, if the Femara overdose has been occurring over a long period of time, supportive care may be needed to treat symptoms that result from the overdose.
