What If I Overdose on Perjeta?

It is unknown what to expect from an overdose with this medication. It is unlikely, although not impossible, for a person to overdose on this drug, as it is administered by a healthcare provider and there are no dosage calculations or adjustments necessary.

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you do not receive Perjeta as scheduled, talk to your healthcare provider as soon as possible to set up your next infusion appointment. If less than six weeks has passed since your last dosage, you will continue with your regular dosing schedule as soon as possible. If more than six weeks has passed, you will be restarted with the first (higher) starting dosage for your next dose.
