Tykerb® is a prescription medicine that is used for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer in people who have unsuccessfully tried other treatments. It is used in combination with another medication to slow down the growth of cancer cells. Tykerb comes in tablet form and is usually taken once a day. Possible side effects include vomiting, rash, and diarrhea.
