Xeloda UsesXeloda uses are primarily concerned with treating breast cancer and colorectal cancer (cancer of the colon or rectum). Specifically, Xeloda is used to prevent the return of colon cancer after surgery has removed the tumor, to treat metastatic colorectal cancer, and to treat metastatic breast cancer in women who have not had success with other certain types of treatment. The medication is not approved for use in treating cancer in children and adolescents, and there are currently no off-label Xeloda uses at this time.
